PRIVATE CLIENT PRIVACY NOTICE

This Privacy Notice (and any other pages on the website and other documents referred to in this Privacy Notice) set out the privacy rules and obligations that apply to your personal data as a Private Client. Please note that with Private Client status you agree to the conditions of this Privacy Notice.

When we refer to ‘you’ or ‘your’ we mean you, our Private Client. Where we refer to ‘we’, ‘us’ or ‘our’ we mean Quinn.health.com, a site owned by a company registered in Singapore under company name Quinn Healthcare Pte. Ltd. and company number 201703155K. Our registered office is 201 Henderson Road, #07-11/12, Apex @ Henderson, Singapore 159545.

The policy applies to:

– Any purchases you make on www.quinn.health
– Any Quinn Health sub-domains and any other websites operated by us or on our behalf
– Any mobile device application or desktop application developed by us or on our behalf

A. THE PRIVATE CLIENT STATUS

Being a Private Client at Quinn Health means you are entitled to a number of exclusive services, benefits and offers, not accessible to the ordinary Quinn Health customer. As a Private Client, you will be assigned a medical service provider, who will provide you with tailored and unique recommendations, as well as facilitate your purchase journey.

In order to provide the best experience to our Private Clients, we need to access some additional personal data.

This Privacy Notice sets out the special information that we collect from you, the reasons we collect that information, and how we can use and share that information.

B. THE INFORMATION WE COLLECT AND HOW WE USE IT

Other than the personal information we already have from you as a Quinn Health customer, we collect and process personal data to provide you with the following Private Client experiences.

1 – TO PROVIDE YOU WITH CURATED MEDICAL SERVICES:

As part of your Private Client status, we will assign you a medical service provider, who can conduct the sourcing and purchase (on your behalf) of products outside of www.quinn.health.

In addition, your medical service provider can contact you with unique recommendations tailored to your preferences and needs. To create this personalised service we will access your contact details (such as name, email address and phone number), purchase history, browsing history and behaviour, device information and shopping preferences.

You may also choose to share your fit measurements with your medical service provider, this will enable them to select pieces to meet your fit requirements.

The communications between you and your medical service provider will take place by email, WhatsApp, Instagram direct messages, WeChat or any other available instant messaging service. The legal basis is the performance of the Private Client programme.

You can opt out of any of these communication channels on the My Preferences area of your account. You can also opt out of receiving your medical services at any time by asking your medical service provider directly.

2 – TO RECEIVE PRIVATE CLIENT MARKETING COMMUNICATIONS AND NEWSLETTERS:

Our medical service providers and teams dedicated to our Private Clients can send marketing communications and newsletters. This includes the newsletter with exclusive partnerships, unique sales and early access to new benefits. To send you such communications, we need to access your contact details (such as name, email address and phone number), purchase history, browsing history and behaviour, device information and shopping preferences.

The legal basis is the legitimate interest in electronic direct marketing communications for products and services similar to those you have purchased through our website, or your consent when this is not applicable.

3 – TO RECEIVE EXCLUSIVE GIFTS, VOUCHERS OR PROMO CODES:

From time to time, we may organise exclusive gifting campaigns to celebrate special achievements or occasions. As a result, we may send you a promo code, voucher or physical gift.

To send you these rewards, we need to access your contact details, (such as name, email address, home address, phone number and ID number), when applicable.

The legal basis is the performance of the Private Client programme.

4 – TO RECEIVE INFORMATION ON THE PARTNERSHIPS WE ESTABLISH FOR PRIVATE CLIENTS:

We are constantly partnering with other companies that might offer our Private Clients invitations to attend exclusive events and/or additional healthcare services. These communications might include information about the partnership, our partner services and promo codes or vouchers to spend with them.

In order to send you such communications, we need to access your contact details (such as name, email address and phone number), purchase history, browsing history and behaviour, device information and shopping preferences.

The legal basis is your consent to being a member of the Private Client programme.

C. WHO WE SHARE YOUR INFORMATION WITH

In addition to the third parties mentioned in the Quinn Health Privacy Policy, we can also share your information with:

1 – Third parties who we may purchase from on your behalf
2 – Our exclusive partners who are associated with us to offer you special and tailored discounts
3 – Third parties who need your information in order to give you access to exclusive events

Please note that we will only share the information strictly necessary for the fulfilment of the purposes set out above.
