Refund Policy

1. General

Prescription products:

We are unable to provide refunds on prescription products.

Non-prescription products

We offer free returns or exchanges within 30 days of receiving your order subject to the following conditions:

1. Returned items must be returned in original packaging

2. Returned items must be unopened and unused

3. The product(s) does not sit as part of a subscription. Only applies for one-off purchases

Subscription – Products are non-refundable and non-returnable upon renewal of your subscription plan

 

2. How to request for refund or exchange

To initiate a return or exchange, please complete the following steps:

1. Contact our customer service at hello@quinn.health with your order ID and reason for return.

2. Choose the products you wish to return.

3. We will arrange for a courier to pick up your item.

 

3. Additional Information

It may take up to 4 weeks to process your return
